Allison Bliss Consulting provides practical marketing consultation
and promotional services, we specialize in creating strategic action
plans tailored uniquely for you and your business to allow you to
grow as fast as your staff, time or budget allows. The objective
is to save you time and money in your marketing efforts while increasing

• We perform an analysis of your business and create an action
plan exactly for you. Then we work with you to put the plan into
action.

• We work collaboratively with you to provide not only the
analysis & planning, but also market research, promotional copywriting
and design, websites, project management, business coaching, sales
coaching, publicity development or whatever we collectively determine
is needed to grow your business.

purpose is to assist you in achieving your goals and aspirations

To get started,
we send you a questionnaire, which will provide us with the background
and an overview of your company. In this way, during our initial
intake session we can maximize any marketing or promotion you've
already begun, evaluate what is working, correct what is not working
and determine strategies to move your company forward in the most
time- and cost-effective manner.
With
your completed questionnaire in hand, we conduct a two-hour, in-person
meeting, rather like your doctor taking down your medical history,
but much more interpersonal. We want to know what you like to do,
how much outside participation with your marketing you would like
to have, and for those tasks you don't like to do or have staff
to handle, we'll give you the opportunity to delegate them to us.
And finally, we'll clarify your goals so that we can ensure that
they'll be met!
An additional 2
hours is set aside to prepare a written analysis and an action plan
for your company, which can be implemented immediately.
This plan sets forth specific recommendations for an entire year’s
worth of marketing or promotional activities tailored exactly for
your business to increase your clientele and revenues.
Once your action plan is completed we continue to support your company.
Allison will personally set up 3 additional coaching/work sessions
to ensure you are able to stay on course with the action plan, get
specific help where needed or solve new challenges as they arise.
Together we’ll decide what will work best for your company.
The total cost for this intake, analysis, action
plan, and 3 coaching sessions is $1500—an investment in your
future success.
The following are some of those common task requests from our clients
because they either lack the time, knowledge or the inclination:
- Market research. Developing lists or sources of potential new
markets. Helping define the best prospective markets or distribution
channels for your business & industry. Crafting sales and
marketing campaigns that generate results.
- Creating more effective promotional materials or enhancing
your already existing materials: websites, brochures, publicity,
ads, and more.
- Defining marketing goals and feasibility for your business
plan.
- Conducting other relevant market research to evaluate pricing,
competition, and other salient issues pertinent to your company.
- Calling new prospective markets to determine if there might
be interest in your services or conducting research as to what
their needs are.
- Conducting evaluations with your existing clients to determine
how well you are meeting their needs, possible services you could
add or improve upon, as well as the ways in which they value your
expertise or services (This can be a real boost for your morale
and provide you with years of great ‘ testimonials’
to use!)
- Referring resources to assist with databasing, financing, insurance,
bookkeeping, and more.
All services that you choose to have our firm provide are billed
at $130 per hour with the exception of research or promotional materials,
which are billed on a per project basis. All costs for any work
are estimated in advance. You will be asked to sign an authorization
specifying the work that will be provided with the estimated cost
before commencement of any work. In this way, we allow you to maintain
control of all your marketing costs.
Because we understand growing companies is a fluid, ever-changing
process, we are always ready to respond to your changing needs and
priorities. The value-added service we offer is to check in with
you to ensure that you're staying on track with your marketing action
plan, give you a friendly reminder or "nudge" if you need
it, and help you find whatever resources you may need if we cannot
meet them for you.
While we're quite serious about what we do, we like to have lots
of fun working through the process with you. We truly believe that
KNOWLEDGE IS BLISS, and that if we give you the knowledge, you can
make better decisions that work for you.
