I’ve used this free phone conference line to schedule and record committee meetings so that those who couldn’t attend were able to listen to our meeting discussion. It was reasonably easy to set up and use, took only a few attempts to sort out properly how to invite all the callers, record a conversation and moderate that group, with some helpful customer service. I thought the voice quality was perfectly sufficient. Best of all, it’s free.
Free Online Database (CRM) and Sales Monitoring Database
Referred by one of our trusted and very resourceful clients, Small Business Bonfire, we’re just starting to test this online “Future Simple” databasesince I love it’s simplicity, accessibility (it’s online, available to multiple users), and the built-in sales ‘pipeline’ monitoring system. This tracks which jobs are selling, to whom and why or why not. Future Simple is also available on facebook where they have some worthwhile articles on this topic for small business.
